Praise & Worship Team

This team is focused around creating an environment and experience of worship through music and prayer during our worship experiences. They are comprised of musicians, vocalists, and writers. Our praise and worship team leaders serve by using their musical and spiritual gifts to usher in the presence of God through songs, hmyns, and instrumentals that are both planned and also spontaneous. Our worship team members know how to perform song sets while at the same time giving room for the Holy Spirit to have his way and take the experience in whatever direction he may desire. Not only does this team minister music that is out, they also write new songs to serve the vision of God in this church and obey the charge of God’s word to “Sing unto the Lord a new song”. If you have a desire to serve God through music, this is the team for you. On this team it’s not about a stage. It’s about a savior. Next Gen Ministry

Children’s Zone

Our children’s zone serves our youth who range from ages at infancy, up to 12 years old. If you have a passion for children and want to help serve our families here at Redirection, this is the place for you. Reach out to one of our leaders to find out how you can serve on our Children’s Zone Team.

Youth

Our Youth Ministry serves our youth who are in Junior High and Highschool. We provide an experience catered to them that includes fun, worship, and teaching from God’s word with a practical application. Young Adult

Our young adult ministry is focus on adults from ages 18 - 35. We serve our young adults by focusing on building relationships, and giving an often neglected group of young people an opportunity to find Godly community that is relatable to them. From small group meetings to road trips, we provide our young adults with an experience that will impact their daily lives. We want to equip our young adults with the tools necessary to lead powerful, Spirit-led lives as they grow into the leaders of the next generation. Member Care Team

First Impressions Team

Our first impressions team is focused on giving our new and recurring visitors an amazing experience from the moment they walk in the door. This team includes greeters, who meet our guests and members at the door, greeting them with a smile, salutations, and a connect card. They are the first point of contact for our church. Our greeters create the first impression for every person who visits Redirection Church. If this sounds like you, reach out to a leader to start serving.

Usher Team

Our ushers serve a key role in our Sunday experience. They help people find seats, receive offerings, distribute information and communion elements, give directions, and serve the needs of the pastors and the members - whatever they may be. These selfless leaders serve wherever they are needed to help make the experience at our church seemless and excellent. Parking Team

Our parking team helps direct our visitors and members to available parking spaces at our church. They also help direct visitors who may not be familiar with how to get to our location. This team is dedicated to serving with a smile and helping make an often stressful task, seemless. Prayer

Prayer Team

Our prayer team serves the church in various capacities ranging from pre service prayer, to daily intercession. If you have a passion for prayer and intercession, this is the team for you. Our prayer team covers the church members and leaders in Spirit-led, Bible based prayer throughout the week.
