Redirection Church Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you.

The Growth Track is made up of four steps that equip you to connect to the church,  discover the strengths of your purposeful design, develop your personal leadership, and use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.

Church 101

This class is an introduction to Redirection Church, and will help you better understand the vision and purpose behind the church. This class takes place on the first Sunday of every month @ 12:00 noon.

Essentials 201

This class guides you through the essential beliefs every Christian needs to find success in their walk with Christ. This class takes place on the first Sunday of every month @ 12:00 noon.

Discovery 301

We want to help you realize what makes you unique. This class will help you discover and become more aware of your personality, gifts, and purpose in life and help you visualize how God combines them for the best fit in ministry. You’ll have the opportunity to find a place on our volunteer team called the Dream Team, where you put your gifts to use in our various ministry departments at Redirection. This class takes place on the first Sunday of every month @ 12:00 noon.

Dream Team 401

This is a conversation with an opportunity for commitment. This is it, the last step. You will get to have a one on one conversation with a Dream Team Leader, to further answer any questions you may have in addition to walking you through finding the dream team that best fits you. This class takes place on the first Sunday of every month @ 12:00 noon.
