Next Gen Ministry
Our next generation ministry includes 3 departments:
Young Adults | This ministry focuses on young men and women from ages 18-35. Our goal is to create an environment for our young adults can be themselves, build relationships, and grow in God in a way that is relevant and impactful to them. We have bible studies, worship nights, trips, and special events for our young adults to experience God while experiencing life together. Every 4th Sunday night of the month we host an energetic event called Fusion Night for our youth and young adults. At Fusion, we integrate both the youth and young adults for a night full of fun with food, games, music, worship, and a powerful word — all delivered in a way that captures attention and resignates with hearts. We believe our young adults are the leaders God wants to raise up in this generation, and we are committed to training and equipping them to carry our the purpose that God has put on their lives. Youth | Our youth ministries focus on children in Junior High and Highschool from ages 12-18. Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday we host an experience called Youth Night, which includes games, food, worship, and the word of God. We often format it as a circular discussion — allowing the youth to engage in conversation with one another and our leaders about issues and topics that are relevant to them. Our youth ministry is focused on preparing our highschoolers to live the life God has called them to live and how to represent God in a culture that pushes for compromise. We want our youth to know who they are in Christ, and that even in their youth, they have a purpose and they can make a difference. Children’s Zone | Our children’s zone ministry is focused on children from the ages of 6 months to 11 years old. We want your children to love church. That’s why we are committed to creating safe and fun environments where your children are taught about the Bible and the love of Jesus through relevant, age-appropriate children’s services. Our ultimate hope is to see a generation of children come to know God at an early age. We bring child-inspired fun to every service and classroom through energetic worship music, interactive games, and bright, friendly environments. Our team is made up of people who feel called to share the love of Jesus with children, and every Sunday they help bring excitement and enjoyment to your child’s church experience. From praying over infants to sharing relevant Bible lessons with elementary students, our goal is for each child to learn about the Bible and experience God’s presence in their daily lives. Outreach Ministry
OUTREACH MINISTRY
We believe knowing God has the power to change everything. Our dream is for people to know God personally, find freedom in a transforming relationship with Him, discover their purpose, and use their gifts and abilities to make a difference in the lives of others. We believe nothing is too lost or broken for Him to heal, and we are committed to meeting physical and spiritual needs through the outreach ministry of Redirection Church. Our outreach ministry includes everything from engaging school campuses, giving people rides, and feeding the homeless, to helping other churches and ministering in the local prisons. If you are passionate about reaching others with the love of Jesus through practical service and making a difference in your community, then we would love for you to be part of our outreach team. Prayer Ministry
Our prayer ministry is a vital part of our church. The more time you spend with something or someone, the more confidence you build in it. The same is true for God. The more time you spend with God, the more your faith in Him will grow. Not only do we have multiple dedicated times of prayer and fasting a church, we also have a team of committed believers who spend time in prayer together for Redirection Church. We believe that the prayer of the righteous accomplishes great things — so we have a group of people who’s main focus is to pray God’s will into existence within our home here at Redirection. Our team would love to pray for you and whatever is happening in your life right now. You can request prayer online or by filling out a connection card at any time during our Sunday Experience. We meet every Saturday morning to pray from 9:00am to 10:00am and we would love for you to come be a part and join your faith with ours.
